He has also worked at the State of Bahia Employers Federation (FIEB) and is a member of the Legal Advisory Committee of the Brazilian Association of Chemicals Companies (ABIQUIM) and vice-president of the Legal Committee of the Bahia Section of the American Chamber of Commerce (AMCHAM). |

| GChemical Engineer graduated from the Federal University of Bahia – UFBA, with an Executive MBA in Administration from Salvador University – UNIFACS, 32 years of experience in the industrial chemical segment and solid experience in the manufacture of titanium dioxide, having held various positions of leadership in the Company. He has extensive global exposure and has participated in several global technology and business teams in the United States, Germany, France, England, the United Arab Emirates and China, including recently participated in the process of acquiring one of the group’s industrial plants in China. He currently serves as General Director at Tronox Brazil. He also serves as a member of the board of directors of COFIC – Comité de Fomento Industrial de Camaçari, member of the board of directors of SINPEQ – Union of Companies of the Polo Industrial de Camaçari, and is its representative to the board of directors of the Federation of Industries of the State of Bahia – FIEB and Director of Investor Relations. |

| Graduated in Business Administration from Universidade Católica de Salvador (UCSal), holds a graduate degree in Business Management from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV) and master’s in Business Administration from Universidade Federal da Bahia (UFBA), with the dissertation: Analysis of supply chain rollout and performance metrics – a case study of commodity producers at the Camaçari and Aratu industrial complexes. Experience acquired from 25 years with local and international major companies such as Akzo Nobel, Braskem, Millennium Chemicals, Lyondell Chemical Cristal and Tronox, working in planning, supply chain and sales. Experience in mergers, different environments and cultures, complex interfaces and conflict management involving processes and people. Developed and deployed processes directly affecting management of the business, involving relationships and initiatives on the governmental, tax, financial and commercial levels. Spent approximately 20 years managing large contracts involving complex negotiations, large amounts of capital and differing interests. International experience of working with multidisciplinary teams to build and align global strategies with other executives in Latin America, the USA, Europe and Asia. | ANTOMAR DE OLIVEIRA RIOS Master in Accounting at FUCAPE. Graduated in Accounting from Fundação Visconde de Cairu (1994). He has been engaged in independent auditing since 1994. During that period, he worked for 11 years at KPMG, 4 years at Performance Auditoria e Consultoria Empresarial, 5 years at Master Contadores Associados and 5 years at BDO. He is currently a partner at BDO, responsible for the Salvador office. Auditor registered in a CNAI – Cadastro Nacional de Auditores Independentes, CVM – Comissão de Valores Independentes and IBRACON – Instituto dos Auditores Independentes, where he served as President of the ninth regional and as a Director for 6 years. Speaks, writes and reads well in English. He worked as a professor in undergraduate and graduate courses at Unifacs, in the components of the Administration area with an emphasis on Accounting. |
