Rodrigo Jacobina Assunção	Officer
Post-graduated in Controllership and Business Management from UNIFACS (2009). Graduated in Business Administration from UNIFACS (2000). Currently, he is the Human Resources and Administrative Services Manager for the Brazil operation of the company Tronox Pigmentos do Brasil SA. He has been working at Tronox since 2000, always in the area of human resources and administrative services. During this period, he was an analyst, leader of personnel, budget, benefits and is currently in the role of Manager. He represents the company as a member of the Negotiating Committee of the COFIC Collective Labor Agreement and is also a member of the Strategic People Management Commission at AMCHAM (American Chamber).
Viktor Maximiliano Augusto dos Santos Veras	Officer
Graduated in Law from Universidade Federal da Bahia (UFBA), with specialization in Civil Procedural Law and Civil Law, both from Universidade Salvador (UNIFACS). He has worked as the Company’s legal manager since July 2005. In April 2009, he became a member of the Board of Directors. Worked as legal manager for: Veracel Celulose, Bompreço Bahia S.A. (supermarket/hypermarket chain in the state of Bahia), Arthur Andersen S/C and Unifacs, in which he was also a Law professor. He has also worked at the State of Bahia Employers Federation (FIEB) and is a member of the Legal Advisory Committee of the Brazilian Association of Chemicals Companies (ABIQUIM) and vice-president of the Legal Committee of the Bahia Section of the American Chamber of Commerce (AMCHAM).
Roberto Garcia de Souza	Officer
GChemical Engineer graduated from the Federal University of Bahia – UFBA, with an Executive MBA in Administration from Salvador University – UNIFACS, 32 years of experience in the industrial chemical segment and solid experience in the manufacture of titanium dioxide, having held various positions of leadership in the Company. He has extensive global exposure and has participated in several global technology and business teams in the United States, Germany, France, England, the United Arab Emirates and China, including recently participated in the process of acquiring one of the group’s industrial plants in China. He currently serves as General Director at Tronox Brazil. He also serves as a member of the board of directors of COFIC – Comité de Fomento Industrial de Camaçari, member of the board of directors of SINPEQ – Union of Companies of the Polo Industrial de Camaçari, and is its representative to the board of directors of the Federation of Industries of the State of Bahia – FIEB.
